These terms cover this website and the early-access waitlist. They are deliberately short. When the product itself opens to you, it will come with its own agreement.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist reserves a place in the queue for early access. It does not guarantee access, a launch date or any particular feature. We onboard people in small groups and may prioritise based on fit. You can leave the list at any time by emailing hello@attunefy.com.

What you agree to

To give accurate contact details and to sign up only for yourself.
Not to submit anything unlawful, abusive or intended to disrupt the site.
That the demonstrations on this site use labelled sample data and do not describe your accounts.

What we provide

The site and the waitlist are provided as they are, without warranties. We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we may change or remove parts of it, including the waitlist, at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site.

Content and marks

The ATTUNEFY name, orb mark, wordmark and the text and design of this site belong to us. You may link to the site and quote from it with attribution. Please do not reuse the marks in a way that suggests endorsement.

Privacy

How we handle the information you give us is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it. Questions go to hello@attunefy.com.
