Priority intelligence

Prioritization that starts
from your commitments.

Most task tools prioritise the list you remembered to write. Attunefy starts from the promises you made in emails, messages and meetings, then ranks what needs you next.

What is AI task prioritization?

AI task prioritization uses AI to decide which tasks deserve your attention first. Instead of relying on manual flags, it weighs deadlines, the people involved, dependencies and what was promised. Attunefy also finds the tasks you never wrote down: commitments buried in conversations and meetings.

The tasks you never wrote down

“I'll send revised pricing on Friday” is a task, even if it only exists in a sent email or a meeting. Attunefy records it as a commitment with the person, the exact promise, the evidence and the due date.

Three kinds of open loop

Each open loop is followed until it is fulfilled, superseded or explicitly dropped.

How priority is decided

Priority blends the relationship, the deadline, financial or security consequences, whether someone is blocked on you and your current goals. Ambiguous items stay in Might Need You, so the top of the list is reserved for strong evidence.

Uncertainty stays visible

When Attunefy is not sure whether something is a real commitment, or how urgent it is, it does not guess. The item waits in Might Need You, or is marked for review, rather than being buried as low priority. Not understood is never treated as unimportant.

From priority to next action

A priority is only useful with a next step. Attunefy pairs each item with a recommended action, such as a drafted reply or a follow-up, and keeps watching until the expected outcome arrives.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Does Attunefy replace my task manager?

No. It focuses on commitments and next actions that arise from your communication. Your task manager stays where it is.

How does it know what I promised?

It detects commitments in the sources you connect, records the exact words and where they were said, and keeps uncertain ones in a reviewable tier instead of presenting them as fact.

What happens to things that can wait?

They stay in Watching or are grouped for later review. Nothing is lost, and anything that becomes urgent, because a deadline approaches or someone follows up, moves up with the reason it moved.

Can I change how things are ranked?

Yes. Corrections change your attention profile, you can mark people or projects as priorities, and you can adjust the thresholds between attention levels.
