The AI attention layer above the tools you already use.
Your calendar stays your calendar. Gmail stays Gmail. Slack stays Slack. Attunefy sits across them, learns what matters to you, and decides what deserves your attention and when.
An AI attention layer is software that sits above the tools where your work arrives, such as email, meetings, messages and calendars. It learns which people, promises and deadlines matter to you, decides what deserves your attention, explains why, and brings it to you before you go looking.
Why a layer, not another app
Most productivity software asks you to move your work into it. An attention layer does the opposite. It reads the signals you already receive, keeps the evidence linked to the original message or meeting, and leaves each tool where it is. Nothing new to check is the point.
The questions it answers
An attention layer is judged by whether it can answer the questions you currently answer by checking everything yourself.
What needs me today, and what can wait?
What changed since I last looked?
What did I promise, and to whom?
Who is waiting on me, and who owes me?
What am I about to miss?
How Attunefy decides what matters
Importance is personal. The same message can be noise from a mailing list and urgent from an investor. Attunefy weighs the relationship, open commitments between you, deadlines, whether a reply is required, your current goals and how you treated similar items before. Every item it surfaces carries the reasons, so you can see why it is there.
Three levels of attention, only one of them loud
Attunefy sorts what it finds into Needs You, Might Need You and Watching. Strong evidence that you must act goes to Needs You. Ambiguous items wait in a reviewable middle tier. Context that does not deserve an interruption is kept, quietly, for later.
It gets better with you
Every correction teaches it. Mark something important, not important or already handled, and your attention profile changes. Autonomy is earned the same way: Attunefy observes first, then recommends, then drafts, and acts only with your approval until you explicitly allow more.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Is an AI attention layer the same as a unified inbox?
No. A unified inbox puts every message in one place to browse. An attention layer decides which few things need you and leaves everything else where it is, retained as context. Attunefy is deliberately not another inbox.
Does Attunefy replace Gmail, Slack or my calendar?
No. Those tools stay exactly where they are. Attunefy connects to the sources you permit, understands what arrives, and brings the important parts to your attention. You can disconnect any source at any time.
How is this different from an AI assistant?
Most AI assistants wait for a request. An attention layer works the other way round: it watches the signals you permit, learns your priorities, and brings what matters to you before you ask. You can still ask it questions too.
Is Attunefy available now?
Attunefy is in early access. We are onboarding a small number of teams at a time, and you can join the early access list from any page.
