ATTUNEFY is in early access. Right now the only thing this site does with your data is keep a waitlist. This page says exactly what that involves.

What we collect

When you join early access, we store what you type into the form:

• Your name and email address (required).
• Your role and company, if you choose to add them.
• Your free-text answer to “What can you never afford to miss?”, if you write one.
• Whether you ticked the box agreeing to receive early-access and product updates.

Alongside that, we record the page you signed up from, the referring page if your browser sent one, and any utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign values in the link you used. We use these to understand which channels bring people here. We do not run advertising trackers, fingerprinting or third-party analytics cookies on this site.

Why we collect it

• To hold your place on the early-access list and tell you when it opens.
• To send occasional product updates, only if you agreed to them. Every email includes a way to stop.
• To understand who is asking for ATTUNEFY and what they need, so we build the right thing.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who processes it

Two services handle this data on our behalf, under their own security and data-processing terms:

• Neon hosts the Postgres database where waitlist entries are stored.
• Resend delivers the confirmation and update emails we send.

Both receive only what is needed for those jobs.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist entries until early access ends or until you ask us to remove yours, whichever comes first. If we later invite you into the product, we will explain separately how the product itself handles your data before you connect anything.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@attunefy.com from the address you signed up with. We will confirm once it is done, usually within a few days.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, where we have your consent to email you, tell you directly.
