Follow-through

Follow-through on every
promise you made.

Follow-ups do not slip because people are careless. They slip because promises live in a dozen threads. Attunefy keeps every one of them in view until it is done.

What is an AI follow-up assistant?

An AI follow-up assistant tracks promises and pending replies across your communication and reminds you, or drafts the message, when a follow-up is due. Attunefy works from the evidence itself: who promised what, where it was said, and whether the reply or attachment has since arrived.

Commitments, not reminders

A reminder only knows the date you typed. A commitment knows the parties, the exact promise, the source, the due date and its status. When the promised attachment arrives, Attunefy notices and closes the loop instead of reminding you anyway.

Waiting On, in both directions

Waiting On tracks what other people owe you, so you are not the only one holding the thread.

Start by looking backward

Before asking for your trust, Attunefy replays recent history in Shadow Mode. It surfaces forgotten commitments, late replies and possibly missed opportunities, and asks whether each one actually mattered. Your answers become your attention profile.

The right recipient, every time

A follow-up sent to the wrong person is worse than none. Before any consequential send, Attunefy resolves the person, shows the channel and the exact address, previews attachments, and asks you to choose when more than one identity is plausible.

Follow-ups you approve

When a follow-up is due, Attunefy drafts it with the context it found. You confirm the recipient, the channel and any attachment. After sending, it watches for the expected outcome and resurfaces the thread if nothing comes back.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Will Attunefy send follow-ups automatically?

Not by default. It drafts and waits for your approval. Automatic sending is only possible for specific, low-risk cases you explicitly allow, and you can withdraw that permission at any time.

How far back does it look?

In early access, Shadow Mode looks back 30 days by default, and it always states the period it actually analysed.

Can it follow up in a different channel?

Attunefy tracks the promise wherever it was made and drafts the follow-up in the channel you choose, where that channel supports sending. It always shows you which channel and recipient it will use.

What if it misreads a promise?

Mark it as not important or already handled. Every correction is recorded and changes how similar items are treated.
