What are AI meeting follow-ups?

AI meeting follow-ups are the actions an AI extracts from a meeting and keeps track of afterwards: who promised what, by when, and what was decided. Unlike a notetaker that stops at a summary, Attunefy records each commitment with its evidence and follows it until it is done.

Beyond the transcript

Notes are a starting point. What matters after a meeting is which decisions were made, which changed, and who now owes whom. Attunefy extracts those as commitments and decisions, linked back to the moment they were said.

Capture you can see

Meeting Mode is a capture state you start yourself. In supported Google Meet sessions, THARA joins as a visible participant. Capture is always shown to everyone in the meeting, and Attunefy never joins invisibly or impersonates you.

Connected to everything around it

A commitment made in a meeting is linked to the people involved and to the threads before and after it, so the follow-up email arrives already carrying the context of the call.

After the call

The meeting keeps doing its work after it ends.

Decisions that changed

When a later meeting reverses an earlier call, Attunefy keeps both and links them, so you can ask what changed, what the old decision was, and why.

Honest when capture is interrupted

Real meetings drop connections, close tabs and end abruptly. Capture is designed to recover from those interruptions, and when part of a meeting is lost, Attunefy says which segments are unavailable instead of presenting partial notes as complete.

Which meeting tools does it support?

Meeting capture starts with capture on your own device and a visible companion for supported Google Meet sessions. Support for more platforms is part of the roadmap.

Is everyone told that the meeting is being captured?

Yes. THARA appears as a visible participant and capture is always shown. Attunefy never records invisibly.

Does it work for internal meetings too?

Yes. Decisions, owners and blockers from internal meetings are tracked the same way as commitments to clients, so follow-through across teams does not depend on someone's notes.

Is this just an AI notetaker?

No. Notes are an input. The output is commitments, decisions and next actions that Attunefy keeps tracking after the meeting.
