What is AI email prioritization?
AI email prioritization uses AI to decide which emails need your attention first. Simple filters sort by sender or keyword. Better systems weigh who the sender is to you, what you have promised each other, deadlines and whether a reply is expected, then explain the ranking.
Importance is personal
“Can we move the meeting?” is noise from a mailing list and urgent from your most important client. Attunefy computes importance from the relationship and the context around a message, not from its words alone.

Each signal's contribution is recorded, so every ranking can be explained in plain language.

Reply safely from the same place
When a reply is due, Attunefy can draft it with the context it found. You review the recipient, the channel and any attachment before anything is sent, and you can undo where the provider allows it.
It learns from what you do
Every surfaced email can be accepted, edited, ignored or corrected, and Attunefy uses that feedback. If you always handle a certain supplier's invoices yourself, or never need to see a particular newsletter, the ranking adjusts, and the reason it gives changes with it.

Will it hide or move my emails?
No. Nothing is deleted or moved. Attunefy decides what to bring to your attention, and everything else stays in your inbox and is retained as context.
How does it learn what is important to me?
From your corrections and behaviour. When you mark an item important, not important or already handled, your attention profile updates and similar items are ranked differently next time.
Does it only prioritize email?
No. Email is one source. The same judgment applies across your calendar, meetings and messaging, so a person who matters in your inbox matters wherever they reach you.
